Il nuovo quartiere della Milano contemporanea, avviato nel 2009, sull\u2019area tra Porta Garibaldi, il quartiere Isola e l\u2019ex scalo ferroviario di Porta Nuova, detto anche \u201cdelle Varesine\u201d dismesso agli inizi degli anni 60 e sostituito dall\u2019attuale stazione di Porta Garibaldi. Il progetto ha coinvolto un pool di architetti internazionali, ridisegnando l\u2019area con un complesso di edifici con varie funzioni, uniti da percorsi pedonali con aree verdi, piazze, ponti e piste ciclabili. Tra gli edifici pi\u00f9 significativi, potete ammirare il complesso delle torri che si affacciano su Piazza Gae Aulenti, con la Torre Unicredit la pi\u00f9 alta d\u2019Italia, la Torre Diamante e il Bosco Verticale, due torri residenziali con terrazzi piantumati progettati dall\u2019architetto Stefano Boeri<\/span><\/span>, in cui crescono oltre 900 specie arboree. Un progetto di riforestazione metropolitano quindi, che contribuisce alla rigenerazione dell\u2019ambiente e della biodiversit\u00e0. La Piazza \u00e8 rialzata di 10 metri rispetto alla strada con tre livelli intermedi, progettata dall\u2019architetto argentino Cesar Pelli, a completamento delle omonime torri, \u00e8 stata inaugurata nel 2012. This is the new area of contemporary Milan, whose construction was launched in 2009, in the area between Porta Garibaldi, the Isola area and the ex-railyard of Porta Nuova, also known as \u201cdelle Varesine\u201d, disused at the start of the 1960s and substituted by the current station of Porta Garibaldi. The project involved a pool of international architects commissioned to redesign the area with a complex of buildings for various uses, united by pedestrian paths complete with green areas, squares, bridges and cycle paths. Among the most important buildings, you can admire the complex of towers overlooking Piazza Gae Aulenti, with the Unicredit tower standing as the tallest in Italy, the Diamond Tower and the Vertical Forest. These are two residential towers with planted balconies, designed by the architect Stefano Boeri, where over 900 species of tree grow. An urban reforestation project, it can contribute to the regeneration of the environment and biodiversity. Una delle zone pi\u00f9 caratteristiche e romantiche della citt\u00e0. La zona \u00e8 molto antica e vi capiter\u00e0 di scoprire alcune insegne che riportano ancora il nome originale dei molti negozi storici (soprattutto profumerie e cartolerie).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Proseguendo lungo Via Brera arriverete all\u2019Accademia di Brera e Pinacoteca di Brera\u00a0potrete entrare anche solo nel cortile\u2026 \u00e8 un palazzo molto bello! Se entrate dall\u2019ingresso principale, vi accoglier\u00e0 l\u2019imponente\u00a0statua bronzea di Napoleone\u00a0in veste di Marte pacificatore: un anticipo della magnificenza artistica dei capolavori di Raffaello, Caravaggio, Andrea Mantegna, Giovanni Bellini, Fattori e Canaletto che vi aspettano nelle sale espositive. Il palazzo, in origine convento dell\u2019ordine degli Umiliati poi soppresso e trasformato in Collegio dei Gesuiti, nasconde anche un giardino segreto: l\u2019Orto Botanico di Brera. Una meraviglia da scoprire, con alberi secolari da ammirare e una quiete da apprezzare. Sempre dentro a questo edificio si trova l\u2019Osservatorio Astronomico di Brera. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Da qui girando a sinistra Via Fiori Oscuri diventa Via Fiori Chiari, animata da ristorantini poco milanesi e negozi esclusivi o d\u2019antiquariato. Infilando la silenziosa Via Madonnina sbucherete nella bellissima\u00a0Piazza del Carmine\u00a0davanti all\u2019omonima\u00a0Chiesa di Santa Maria del Carmine. Continuing along Via Brera you come to the Brera Academy and the Pinacoteca di Brera, or Brera Art Gallery, where even if you only enter the courtyard, you will see that it\u2019s a wonderful building! If you go into the main entrance, you will be welcomed by the imposing bronze statue of Napoleon as Mars the Peacemaker, a taster of the artistic magnificence of masterpieces by Raffaello, Caravaggio, Andrea Mantegna, Giovanni Bellini, Fattori and Canaletto in the exhibition rooms.<\/p>\n

The palace, which was originally a convent of the Order of the Humiliati, later suppressed and transformed into the Jesuits College, even has a secret garden: the Botanical Garden of Brera. This building also hosts the Brera Astronomical Observatory.<\/p>\n

Turning left from here, Via Fiori Oscuri\u00a0 becomes Via Fiori Chiari, animated by small restaurants, exclusive boutiques and antique shops. Brera is een van de meest karakteristieke en romantische wijken van de stad. Het gebied is erg oud en je zult enkele borden ontdekken die nog steeds de oorspronkelijke naam van de vele historische winkels dragen (vooral parfumeries en papierwinkels).
\nVerder langs de via Brera komt u aan bij de Academie van Brera en de Pinacoteca di Brera die u zelfs op de binnenplaats kan betreden: een heel mooi gebouw! Als u vanaf de hoofdingang binnenkomt, wordt u verwelkomd door het imposante bronzen standbeeld van Napoleon, uitgebeeld als de vredestichter Mars en dit is slechts een voorsmaakje van de artistieke pracht die volgt: meesterwerken van Raphael, Caravaggio, Andrea Mantegna, Giovanni Bellini, Fattori en Canaletto wachten op u in de tentoonstellingshallen. Het paleis was oorspronkelijk een klooster van de \u201cOrde van de Vernederden\u201d en werd nadien opgeheven en omgevormd tot een Jezu\u00efeten College. Het verbergt ook een geheime tuin: de botanische tuin van Brera. In dit gebouw bevindt zich ook het Brera astronomisch observatorium.
\nVanaf hier linksaf wordt via Fiori Oscuri via Fiori Chiari, geanimeerd door kleine restaurants en exclusieve winkels of antiekzaakjes. Als je door de stille via Madonnina insluipt kom je op het prachtige Piazza del Carmine voor de gelijknamige kerk Santa Maria del Carmine.
