La macchia mediterranea che riveste questo tratto \u00e8 fra gli esempi pi\u00f9 vari, tra le specie pi\u00f9 note e appariscenti: il cisto, il terebinto (che produce una resina aromatica), il lentisco, il mirto, il corbezzolo, le ginestre, i lecci. The Mediterranean maquis densely covers all this stretch of coast, boasting a huge range of plants, among which the most known and striking are cistus, terebinth (or turpentine tree, from which a fragrant resin is produced), lentisk (or mastic bush ), myrtle, strawberry tree, yellow-flowered broom and holm oak.
