Il Museo di Maurice Dufresne (in francese: Mus\u00e9e Maurice-Dufresne) \u00e8 un museo di storia tecnologica situato nel mulino di Marnay, vicino al castello di Azay-le-Rideau, in Francia. Ha acquisito numerosi oggetti importanti esposti in vasti edifici contenenti circa 25 stanze. I pezzi del museo sono presentati tematicamente: macchine agricole, industrie tessili e della seta, musketry, potere idraulico, ecc.<\/p>\n
Nato nel 1930, Maurice Dufresne inizi\u00f2 la sua formazione come fabbro all’et\u00e0 di quattordici anni e si un\u00ec alla “Compagnons du Devoir”, un’organizzazione di artigiani-operai, per iniziare un tour in Francia, lavorando per venti diversi datori di lavoro.<\/p>\n
Nel 1958, cre\u00f2 la propria compagnia a Villeperdue nella regione Indre-et-Loire. Ha iniziato nel settore del recupero e ha iniziato a salvare cose che riteneva degne di collocare pi\u00f9 tardi nel suo museo, evitando cos\u00ec la distruzione di parte del patrimonio francese.<\/p>\n
Trenta anni dopo, il 24 ottobre 1992, il prefetto, i notabili della regione e della stampa inaugurarono il Museo Maurice Dufresne a Marnay vicino Azay-le-Rideau, sulle rive del fiume Indre in un vecchio mulino in un sito di propriet\u00e0 di Geoffroy de l’Ile nel 1026, che in seguito divenne una fabbrica di carta ai tempi di Balzac.<\/p>\n

Il suo museo oggi presenta oltre 3.000 macchine in magazzini che coprono 10.000 m\u00b2. Ha gi\u00e0 attirato 600.000 visitatori e 23 guestbook sono pieni di commenti da tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n

He started out in the salvage business and began saving things which he thought worthy of placing later in his museum, thereby avoiding the destruction of part of the French heritage.<\/p>\n Thirty years later, on 24 October 1992, the prefect, the notables of the region and the press inaugurated the Museum Maurice Dufresne in Marnay near\u00a0Azay-le-Rideau<\/a>, on the banks of the Indre river in an old mill on a site owned by Geoffroy de l’Ile in 1026, which later became a paper factory in the time of\u00a0Balzac<\/a>.<\/p>\n The scrap dealer from Villeperdue, armed only with his enthusiasm, was able to create this amazing museum of collections of machines from a road roller to a hearse, from a copper sulfate sprayer to a\u00a0Louis Bl\u00e9riot<\/a>\u00a0monoplane, and to present all of this in enjoyable surroundings.<\/p>\n His museum today presents more than 3,000 machines in warehouses covering 10,000 m\u00b2. It has already attracted 600,000 visitors and 23 guestbooks are filled with comments from around the world.<\/p>\n
