Ha ospitato nei primi decenni del secolo Romantico importanti intellettuali come Ugo Foscolo, che in queste sale ha scritto Le ultime lettere di Jacopo Ortis.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi all&#8217;inteno della villa \u00e8 conservata la pi\u00f9 importante collezione esistente di costumi teatrali e cinematografici di propriet\u00e0 della <a href=\"http:\/\/retemontepisano.netseven.it\/it\/poi\/fondazione-cerratelli\">Fondazione Cerratelli<\/a> che nelle sale della villa organizza ciclicamente esposizioni riguardanti il costume.
