Sono i ghiacciai che sono stati maggiormente influenzati dagli effetti dei cambiamenti climatici. Hanno infatti fatto registrare la maggior contrazione (fino a un &#8211; 73%). Oggi, dopo quasi un decennio dagli ultimi rilevamenti ufficiali la situazione \u00e8 sicuramente mutata.
