L\u2019antico borgo, situato a 971 metri di altitudine sullo spartiacque che separa le valli del Bidente di Ridracoli e di Pietrapazza, \u00e8 uno dei tanti nuclei di case abbandonati durante il recente spopolamento di queste valli ed \u00e8 la frazione pi\u00f9 elevata del comune di Bagno di Romagna.
