Il Mulino Mengozzi a Fiumicello e il Mulino Biondi a Castel dell\u2019Alpe sono testimonianze importanti della cultura montana. I mulini sono un esempio perfetto dello stretto legame che univa l\u2019uomo e la natura: lo sfruttamento dell\u2019energia del torrente per produrre farina di cereali e di castagne necessarie per cucinare piatti poveri, tipici di queste zone di montagna. The Mengozzi Mill in Fiumicello and the Biondi Mill in Castel dell\u2019Alpe are important testimonies of mountain culture.
