Pian del Grado \u00e8 un grazioso e ben conservato villaggio ai piedi del Falterona, vicino al Fosso del Satanasso ed all’inquietante presenza di Mantellini, il brigante che con il suo fantasma, sempre accompagnato dalla capretta, impauriva i boscaioli che frequentavano questi boschi. Si tratta di uno dei pochissimi villaggi, intesi come nuclei abitativi agglomerati, conservati nel versante romagnolo del Parco, quando normalmente si trova una diversa forma di popolamento del territorio: le case sparse, che fanno capo ad una chiesa e ad una canonica che fungevano da punto di riferimento per gli abitanti di quella zona. Pian del Grado is a pretty and well-preserved village at the foot of Falterona, near the Fosso del Satanasso and the disturbing presence of Mantellini, the brigand who with his ghost, always accompanied by the goat, scared the lumberjacks who frequented these woods. It is one of the very few villages, intended as agglomerated housing, preserved in the Romagna side of the Park, when normally there is a different form of population of the territory: the scattered houses, which are part of a church and a rectory that served as point of reference for the inhabitants of that area.
