The Vallesanta refuge, located on the slopes of Verna Mount, is surrounded by oak and beech woods which extend up to the Verna Sanctuary, the place where San Francesco lived and received the stigmata for a long time. For those who want to stay for a period in the Sanctuary, there are multiple types of reception available. La Verna is a place of spirituality and pilgrimage, therefore services and modalities of permanence are offered in accordance with the nature of the place. Il Rifugio \u00e8 posto vicino alla riva del lago artificiale di Ridracoli nel Parco e si raggiunge dopo una camminata nel bosco di circa 4 km a partire dal muro della diga. C\u00e0 di sopra \u00e8 una bella casa colonica ristrutturata. Al primo piano vi \u00e8 un’ampia camera con 6 letti a castello ed un bagno. Al piano terra sono collocati invece altri servizi ed un’ampia stanza per pranzare e far colazione. La cucina proposta dai gestori del rifugio \u00e8 quella classica romagnola. The refuge is located near the shore of the artificial Ridracoli lake in the park and can be reached after a walk about 4 km in the woods starting from the dam wall. Situato nell\u2019alta valle del Tramazzo, a circa 7 km dal grazioso abitato di Tredozio, il Rifugio Casa Ponte si trova all\u2019estremit\u00e0 nord-ovest del Parco Nazionale. Nasce come casa contadina, coi muri spessi di pietra: nelle ex-stalle al piano terra c\u2019\u00e8 la sala ristoro e la cucina, dove vengono preparati piatti semplici, ma gustosi, partendo da materie prime \u201cbuone, giuste e vicine\u201d. Al piano superiore, oltre all\u2019alloggio dei gestori, ci sono 20 letti suddivisi in tre camere e due bagni.

Located in the upper Tramazzo valley, about 7 km from the pretty Tredozio town, Casa Ponte refuge is located at the north-west end of the National Park. It was born as a peasant house, with thick stone walls: in the former stables on the ground floor there is the dining room and the kitchen, where simple but tasty dishes are prepared, starting from “good, right and close” raw materials. On the upper floor, in addition to the accommodation of the managers, there are 20 beds divided into three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The guest house of the Monastery can accommodate up to 154 people in single or multi-bed rooms with internal services in full or half board.
