The descent to the Antro takes about 1 hour (a little less; a little more for the climb).&#13;\n<strong>It is recommended to book admission in advance<\/strong>. It is also recommended to have a windbreaker and a wool hat with you (7 \u00b0 c and 100% humidity inside the cave)&#13;\nThe approach towards the Antro del Corchia and the return are made using the <strong>path n.9<\/strong> <em>(Le Voltoline),<\/em> very panoramic on the coast and on the<em> Upper Versilia<\/em>. On the way out from Rifugio Del Freo, you can take the variant of the <em>&#8220;Punta Pepora&#8221;<\/em> heading towards the trestles of the cableway that serves the Refuge. This itinerary leads you to pass the positions of the Second World War, in a thematic path where you will find detailed descriptions of the positions encountered.&#13;\nThe visit to the cave lasts about 2 hours. Inoltre si raccomanda di avere con s\u00e8 giacca a vento e cappello di lana ( 7\u00b0c e 100% umidit\u00e0 all\u2019interno della grotta)<br>L\u2019avvicinamento verso l\u2019Antro del Corchia ed il rientro vengono fatti utilizzando il sentiero n.9 (<em>Le Voltoline)<\/em>\u00a0molto panoramico sulla costa e sull\u2019Alta Versilia. All\u2019andata si pu\u00f2 percorrere la variante della\u00a0<em>\u201cPunta Pepora\u201d<\/em>\u00a0indirizzandosi verso i cavalletti della teleferica che serve il Rifugio. Questo itinerario porta a passare le postazioni della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, in un sentiero tematico in cui troverete descrizioni dettagliate delle postazioni incontrate.<br>La visita nell\u2019Antro dura circa 2 ore.
