E\u2019 un magnifico borgo sviluppatosi intorno all&#8217;imbocco della Buca d&#8217;Equi, la grotta pi\u00f9 antica del <strong>complesso carsico delle Grotte di Equi<\/strong>, che ha restituito numerosi <strong>reperti paletnologici ed archeologici<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le grotte di Equi sono censite come geosito dal Parco Regionale delle Alpi Apuane, riconosciuto come Geoparco nell\u2019ambito della European Geoparks Network dell\u2019UNESCO. The complex was formed over hundreds of thousands of years thanks to the action of water which, penetrating limestone fractures for millennia, has formed wells, tunnels, salt and underground lakes of great interest and charm.<\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Equi Terme is divided into two parts: the ancient part is dominated by the <\/span><b>church<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of San Francesco and its bell tower, with <\/span><b>stone houses, steep and winding cobbled alleys and vaulted galleries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and is located on the left bank of the Lucido river. <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p>The modern part lies on the opposite bank and dates back to the early twentieth century, when the thermal baths were opened, and the railway was built.<\/p>\n"}},"web":"https:\/\/sentierodeiducati.it\/poi\/equi-terme-260-mslm\/","addr:street":"","addr:housenumber":"","addr:postcode":"","addr:city":"Equi Terme","contact:phone":"","contact:email":"","opening_hours":"","capacity":""},"geometry":{"type":"Point","coordinates":[10.152428,44.167856]}}
