Gioiello dell\u2019architettura rinascimentale, il castello fa parte di un\u2019ampia propriet\u00e0 che comprende dei giardini alla francese ed un parco di oltre 5 ettari che ospitano, oltre a tigli, faggi ed ippocastani, capre nane, pavoni, anatre ed oche, un canale con il suo mulino e la torre di Robert le Diable, dalla quale si gode una meravigliosa vista sulla Boutonni\u00e8re del Pays de Bray. Le suggestioni sono sicuramente quelle dei castelli della Valle della Loira.<\/p>\n
Nel 2004 un incendio ha purtroppo distrutto un\u2019ampia parte del castello, ancora in ricostruzione. Il castello \u00e8 visitabile nei mesi di luglio e agosto tutti i giorni tranne il marted\u00ec dalle 14.30 alle 18.30. A jewel of Renaissance architecture, the castle is part of a wide estate that includes some jardins \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise and a park of more than 12 acres where, in addition to lime trees, beeches and horse-chestnuts you can meet Nigerian Dwarf goats, peacocks, ducks, geese and a canal with its watermill, whereas from the Robert le Diable Tower is possible to enjoy a stunning view on the Boutonni\u00e8re of the Pays de Bray. The place has definitely the same charm of the Loire Valley castles.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately in 2004 a fire destroyed a wide part of the castle, which is partly still under reconstruction. The castle is open all afternoons, except Tuesdays, from 2.30 pm to 6.30 p.m. (July and August). Entrance fee to the castle: \u20ac5 (guide included).
