Transfer with the \u201cCircumvesuviana\u201d train to Ercolano. Here you begin your climbing of Mount Vesuvius, first by bus and then on foot, enjoying the wonderful view over the Gulf of Naples.<\/p>\n

There is not a public bus unfortunately. The agency which is on the left coming out of the station will offer you a round trip ticket by minibus together with the crater ticket at around 20,00 \u20ac. For the return trip you will be given an appointment in the parking, however, just consider that you will have just around one hour to visit the crater.<\/p>\n Another option is a taxi ride.
